The Project

The Brief:
Union Trust Tower, a new office building in the heart of Doha Qatar, needed a fit-out that helped to create a  workplace that embodies functionality and sophistication. The objectives included creating a professional environment with a high acoustic performance whilst also maximising natural light.

Our Solution:
 Working with Rumaillah Group, we implemented three key products tailored to these needs:

Quartz Double Glazed Partitions:
Designed to optimise natural light while delivering a high acoustic performance, these glass partitions effectively separated high-traffic areas from quieter workspaces, maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. With frosted manifestations being added to ¾ of the glass, visual privacy was achieved whilst the top ¼ allowed an influx of natural light.

Apex Solid Partition:
Installed in meeting rooms and sensitive areas, these partitions provided complete privacy and a high acoustic resistance, allowing private discussions to occur without interruption while upholding a contemporary design.

GDS Double Glazed Flush Door:
Chosen for its blend of style and functionality, the GDS acoustic glass door facilitated smooth transitions between spaces while enhancing overall sound insulation. With the frame bonded on to the glass, the flush glass door provided a touch of luxury to the environment, ideal for the high quality workspace.

Meeting rooms and focus areas were well-insulated from noise, achieving the right balance between open and closed spaces, with frosted manifestations adding visual privacy without sacrificing light.
